Our remote workflow has four pillars: weekly video calls in Ukrainian or Russian with screen-sharing of plans and progress photos, a shared project dashboard where you see schedules, costs, and milestones in real time, professional site photography and video at key construction stages with commentary in your language, and digital approval workflow — you review and approve drawings, material selections, and change orders from anywhere in the world.
