Consul

The design of the boutique residential building “Konsul” draws on the traditions of classical Odesa architecture, combining French architectural refinement with distinctive Austrian accents. The facade composition is structured by a pronounced vertical rhythm, a system of bay windows and balconies, and a developed roofline, creating a cohesive and recognizable identity for the building. A landscaped internal courtyard provides residents with a private setting, while terraces and open balconies extend the living spaces outdoors.
